If you do not require custom printing of logos on the products, there will be no additional costs. Simply provide us with your freight collect account information, such as FedEx, DHL, TNT, etc. If you do not have an account, we will need to charge an express fee accordingly.

Service

Our delivery time varies depending on product availability. If the goods are in stock, delivery typically takes 5-10 days. If the goods are not in stock, delivery may take 15-20 days, depending on the order quantity.

  1. Custom Design – Creating a custom mould, logo, or package according to the client’s specifications.

  2. Samples – Producing samples for the client to review and approve.

  3. Confirm Order – Signing a sales contract once the samples are confirmed.

  4. Deposit – Paying a 30% deposit before beginning mass production.

  5. Production – Processing the production of the order.

  6. Remaining Payment – Paying the balance of the order after inspection is completed.

  7. Shipping – Shipping the goods to the designated port.

  8. Confirmation – Confirming the bill of loading, commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin.

  9. After Sales Service – Providing any necessary support or service after the sale.

We offer a 1:1 replacement for any defective product.

Important Reminder: We cannot provide any changes, refunds, or compensation for damages caused by human error or mishandling.

a. For samples, we can deliver within 3-5 working days by air directly to your door.

b. For products in stock, we can ship them to the loading port within 7 days.

c. For mass production, the production time is typically 25-35 days. If a custom design is required, an additional 7-10 days may be needed.

As a professional supplier of personal care products, all of our products are made with unique formulas and customized labels or crafts. Therefore, we do not have a standard price list.

We offer our customers a one-stop solution for custom design, packaging, and formulation if needed.

Payment

For payments under 1000 USD, we require 100% payment in advance. For payments over 1000 USD, we require a 30% deposit via T/T in advance, with the remaining balance due before shipment. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipping

a. For small trial orders, we can arrange shipping by air or express courier such as FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT, etc.

b. For large orders, we can arrange shipment by sea or air according to your specific requirements.
